The applicant for any TNMC services where the passport size is required.The passport size  photograph must have the  following features :

• Size : 35mmx 35mm (
• Lie   in potrait  and face alighned in a  middle position
• Taken in  light blue colour background in plain surface and not a selfie photo
• Individual must wear a plain coloured clothing pattern  and not decorated
• Face  should appear   clearly in a natural skin tone
• Face to be  seen clearly with  both eyes open
• Mouth closed and  not in smilling of frowning
• Long hair must be tucked properly behind the ears to allow both ears seen (formal hair dress is recommended)
• No  sun glasess or any extra wear
• In case of religious head covering,  face, eyes, ears and hairline  must  clearly seen
• Must be 4   passport size photos attached with application form

NB : Photo with  chartered T-shirt, sports and official  wearing will be rejected

         Cloured and extra-ordinary artificial styled hair dressing photo will be rejected
